Chapter 2 – Beer Bong
May 31, 2008
This day was much more mellow than the day before. Heres how it went…
- Wake up and go to BBQ
- Eat
- Drink
- Sleep
The Beer Bong was a big hit on Sunday. I was more interested in Mel’s BACON WARPED SHRIMP! I cant believe we were loading the BB with Rize. Thanks Abs and Sean for hosting.
Memorial Day. Chapter 1
May 29, 2008
Last weekend was Memorial Day weekend. Each day was a new adventure, sorta of. I had my little camera with me for most of the weekend and put together some little videos.
Each day was the same, but completely different. Lets start with Chapter 1 – Hipster Day. The day went something like this…
- Breakfast at Linda’s
- Bike to Winners Circle. Drink RIZE.
- Group ride down to Seattle Center for FolkLife ‘08
- Meet Boogs at Coldstone for birthday treat
- Back to Linda’s to drink more and meet up with the bag of Salt and Alex
- Get JOOSE. Drink in Cal Anderson Park. Meet up with the rest.
- CHA CHA. Water please!
Thats gotta be one of the most Hipstery days ever. Everything but the Coldstone stop. Next time I will go to a coffee shop and listen to Villains on my iPod (I must admit I like doing all these things).
We have fun.

I could not stop myself from posting this. It is just too good!
Double Feature Friday
May 23, 2008
First we have Alex showing everyone one of his favorite childhood games, “The Tickling Game”. It is also a song. If your lucky, you can sometimes get a special phoned-in version of the song from Alex’s brother.
This video is from a while back. I just found it on my phone. There are two drunk natives vs one very drunk white dude. The white dude had beef with the native lady, and the native man would not allow such disrespect. It looks like I slowed down the video, but nay, thats just the rate at which drunks fight.
keep reading to see the aftermath (a bit graphic)

This reminds me of Sunday nights at Seth’s place. Games of Taboo can get pretty heated!
PORK on Pike
May 20, 2008
This weekend, Hana and I were walking down to Pike Place for the Cheese Fest (video soon) and ran into these two lovely gentlemen. Launch Pad tells us about his morning bus ride while George struggles to get anywhere on the scooter. Enjoy.

Smith Splash
May 14, 2008
one of my life long super-friends works as the “President of the Internet” over at Smith Optics, and last month we were able to join forces to design some splash screens for smithoptics.com. I had to pump these out pretty fast, but I’m pleased with the way they came out. above are some of the motion comps created for the project. some are live on the site now.
He was nice enough to kick us down a few pairs of shades and hook the office up with some nice discounts. So thank you very much for that!
I told him if they ever need a model for their extreme backyard BBQ series, I am the man for the job!
New Death Cab
May 13, 2008

Today seems like a fitting day here in Seattle for the new Death Cab For Cutie to drop. A slow, grey rainy Tuesday. I have just sampled the first few songs and I already want to call ex-girlfriends and tell them sorry for “whatevs”. So Emo-up you day with this great new album!
